The EBF you will see on your bill is a base electric fee for operational costs such as
the electric gates, security lights, bathrooms, shower and garbage pickup.

Yes but they must be on leash at all times and we ask that you clean up after them. For your convenience disposal baggies are available near the bathrooms on the south side of the marina office.
You can choose email or postal and a monthly statement will be sent to you on the first of each month. Currently we are only accepting Checks, Cash and Money orders but we are in the process of adding credit card payments to our options. We will notify everyone when that choice becomes available. To note if you are paying by cash we recommend that you do not send it by mail. You can make cash payments at the marina to our onsite personnel or by sealed envelope through the office drop slot to the left of the sliding glass door.
A $35.00 late fee will be assessed for all payments received after the 15th of each month. This fee will
be added to your bill and the same goes for NSF returned checks. If charges accrued are not paid within
30 days the marina has the right to seize your boat by means of chaining it to the dock until total
amount owed is paid in full. At such time tenant will be considered in breach of signed moorage agreement. Anything beyond 2 full months gives the marina right to post 30 days’ notice and then auction boat to recover fees, late charges and interest owed by tenant. You will have up until auction date and time to pay total amount owed but we may cancel moorage agreement and require you to remove boat at that time.
Normally we request that you store your dinghy on board but for $20.00 a month tenants can keep
their dinghy in their slip as long as it does not encroach upon other tenants or impede boating traffic.
We do have some smaller fingers near the gangplank to dock your dinghy as well. Depending upon
availability a tenant can keep dinghy there and non-tenants can do the same for $80.00 a month.
Yes but all youth under the age of 18 must be wearing a Personal Flotation Device

within the confines of the boat itself. No spray painting or sandblasting is permitted.
Please use a boat yard for more extensive boat work.
Yes proof of insurance has to be submitted within 30 days of signing your moorage agreement. We are required by the Department of Natural Resources to have this information on file for all of our tenants. The minimum coverage is $300,000 and marina must be listed as additional insured.
Quoted directly from DNR site https://www.dnr.wa.gov/
"A requirement is established for all marinas, both public and private, to obtain and maintain
insurance coverage for their facilities and to require all vessels moored at their facility
to display proof of insurance as a condition of moorage. Unless the DNR determines
otherwise in rule, the policies covering the vessels and the marinas must offer at least
$300,000 in coverage encompassing general, legal, and pollution liability protection."
Dumpsters are located near the office next to the parking lot. They are for trash from your boat only.
